You are invited to partner with Called to Peace Ministries for the He Makes All Things New Women’s Retreat on May 2-5, 2024 as a Business Sponsor for the event. The retreat will be focused on offering hope and healing to survivors of domestic abusive, violence and destructive relationships.

Sponsorship Deadlines
Sponsors will need to provide payment and a high resolution logo no later than April 8, 2024. Swag bag inserts/products are due by April 22, 2024. Called to Peace Ministries will provide sponsors with a donation letter/invoice by April 8th.
Retreat Sponsorship Levels
Presenting Sponsor: $15,000
Your company will be the ONLY Presenting Sponsor for the preconference and regular 3 day conference! As the lead sponsor, your company will receive promotion on our retreat stage. Your logo will be on our event t-shirts, strategically placed signage, placement on our website, and printed inside the retreat booklet.
Additionally, you will be given the use of the Called to Peace Ministries logo on your company website to show a cause-related marketing partnership. We will recognize your company through our social media promotion which will reach the 23,000+ people who follow us on social media. You may creatively display your company’s products for sale or offer samples during the event at a designated table that women may visit throughout the event, and offer products/coupons inside the event swag bag. We will also provide you with two tickets to the conference to give to someone you love.
Main Speakers Premier Sponsor Level: $10,000
Your company will cover a portion of the travel expenses and speaker fees for our main retreat speakers, which include Chris Moles, Elyse Fitzpatrick, Renee Best, Joy Forrest and Darby Strickland. Your company will receive inclusion on event t-shirts, event signage, logo printed in the retreat booklet, website, and social media posts. We will thank you from our stage during live announcements. Worship Music & Audio-Visual Sponsor Level: $5,000
Your company will help cover the cost of travel and lodging for our worship music leader as she leads the women in worship throughout the retreat. Your company will receive inclusion on event t-shirts, event signage, logo printed in the retreat booklet, website, and social media posts. We will thank you from our stage during live announcements. Your company will sponsor all Audio Visual and Video for the conference as we record our event for participants to watch live. Print Sponsor Level: $2,500
Your company will sponsor all materials printed for the conference, such as booklets, name tags, signage, etc. Your company will receive inclusion on event t-shirts and our retreat website, and your logo will be printed in the retreat booklet. Hospitality Sponsor Level: $1,000
Your company will help cover the cost of our hospitality provisions for all event attendees. Our goal is to create an environment where the attendees feel loved and cared for during the event. We will provide drinks and snacks free of charge to the conference guests. Through this sponsorship, you may engage your employees in volunteering with the hospitality team and wear your company swag. Your company will receive inclusion on event t-shirts and our retreat website, and your logo will be printed in the retreat booklet.
