Join us for a Domestic Violence Awareness Candlelight Vigil, Honoring Victims & Overcomers of Domestic Abuse, on Oct 20th, 2021, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at New Life Camp, Raleigh, NC

Each story of domestic abuse deserves to be honored as we celebrate God’s redemptive and healing power over the evil of abuse. At sunset, we will gather to share brief testimonies and messages from Beth Agner, (sister of domestic violence victim, Lauren Phelps), Biblical Counselor and Pastor Omar King, our Executive Director, Joy Forrest and more.

Every attendee will have the opportunity to light a floating lantern and write their name OR the name of a loved one who has been impacted by domestic abuse. The lanterns will be released into the water at 7 p.m.

REGISTER HERE TO ATTEND IN PERSON & VIRTUALLY

If you are not local, but you want to join us to honor your story or someone else’s who has experienced domestic abuse, click here and you can submit the person’s name or write “anonymous,” and we will put their name on a lantern, read it off during the vigil and release it.

Warm drinks and small snacks will be provided.

Please consider a suggested donation of $25 for a lantern. In this way, you can honor a loved one and provide direct support to survivors of abuse.
